Web Travel Services Ltd is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through SonBouGardens.com and processed through the sonbouholidays.co.uk enquiry system.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry information

If you submit an accommodation enquiry, the form may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your telephone number;
  • whether you would like a callback;
  • your proposed arrival and departure dates or length of stay;
  • the number of adults, children and infants travelling;
  • whether you are interested in transfers, car hire or other extras;
  • your approximate budget on forms that include a budget field;
  • the apartment or property about which you are enquiring; and
  • any other information you choose to include in the message box.

The forms ask only for the number of children and infants travelling. They do not request their names or other identifying information.

We do not routinely ask for health, medical, mobility, accessibility or dietary information through the current enquiry forms. Please do not put detailed sensitive personal information in the message box unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

If your enquiry progresses towards a booking, necessary information may be passed to the relevant accommodation supplier or manager.

Where you ask us to arrange or obtain information about transfers or car hire, relevant information may also be passed to the transfer or car-hire supplier. We will only provide information that is reasonably necessary to deal with your request or arrange a service you have chosen.

Some relevant accommodation or service suppliers may be located outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will handle the transfer in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

7. Links to other websites

The website contains links to other websites and services.

Google Maps is not embedded in our pages. It is opened only if you deliberately select a “View on Google Maps” link. Once you follow that link, Google will process information under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Other external websites linked from SonBouGardens.com are responsible for their own privacy practices. You should review their policies before providing information to them.
